Boats are broken

  1. So I cant place a boat in the wild... says i dont have the boat perm haha... Aikar fix please :)

    As per discussed in the PM (making it more public) it's only working in the non-protected wild due to the new permissions. If you try placing a boat in the protected spawns it won't let you, especially problematic for ocean-based outposts.
