blue screen of death

  1. so this started a month ago and a just gotten worse when i play minecraft the screen just goes black
    and when i start it back up sometimes a error massage comes up and tells me that windows has recovered from a blue screen
  2. went on the mc forums but the guy helping me is gone but i have the error

  3. I'm not sure about the technical stuff, but this happened to my moms really old windows computer, and all we did was shut it off and let it rest.
  4. BCCode 117 likely means your video driver is either buggy or its hardware is failing on you.

    Reinstall/update the video driver to the appropriate one. Maybe the software has gone corrupt. If that doesn't help, it might mean that your device is pooched.

  5. I believe this is the result of a buggy drive in your computer, maybe a loose graphics card? I'm not too sure, as I'm not a computer genius :p

  6. Hmm i have had blue screen of death many times.

    Thought It can be to do with hardware that is not communtcating proberly and can be buggy if updated. Sometime hardware can fail due to the mount of use. I have had one blue screen of death to do with java lol it corrupted a system file. fixed it.

  7. You should check your Video Card or maybe even your Processor or Hard Drive to make shur that they are all fully inserted into there slots.
