I'm getting kinda bored with my current single player world, and want to start a new project. I've been looking at world downloads with dams, but haven't found one that I've liked. Most people seem to build huge dams, but I only want mine to be 20-30 blocks high at most. My plan is to build a village on one side and my main base on the other, so it has to be practical to walk over. Does anyone know of a seed/ location where I could build one? I originally wanted to fill in a valley so that the dam is facing the ocean, and then my house could be on the water. I'm starting to think though it will be easier to do it the opposite way, where the dam is holding back the ocean water and my builds are below. I may also be looking for a buddy to play with, so LMK if you're interested.
