Banned for Spam & Advertising?

A while back I was banned from the server for "Spam & Advertising" although I don't recall doing anything.
It may have been my cousin who logged in and spammed the server with advertising messages since he came round to my house and saw my username and password. I am appealing for an unban and wish to be unbanned sooner than later.

This is not the proper way to appeal your ban. The proper way is to PM a moderator (preferably the one who banned you if you know that information). Please see this thread.

I recommend only PMing a moderator currently online to ensure a quicker response. I know that Jeremy is usually busy.

Is it just me, or has there been three exact same case's and excuses in a very short period of time?
All banned months ago.
