You should link the forum to it, not the download. But since I don't feel like downloading it. I shall just say, if it has additional blocks in it. Then they can't use it. EMC is vanilla in the sense of adding no new blocks.
where did you find it originally? planet minecraft or the minecraft forums? if it was on the MC forums then just copy and paste the url, same with planet minecraft.
