  4. The reserve price and minimum bid must be the same (they are considered the same thing for the purpose of EMC auctions), and must be stated as such.

    I see that the opening bid was 2000r, and that bidder was not corrected. This means that the 'reserve price' stated was not considered the minimum bid if it was 20,000r all along.
