  1. Sorry I'm confused. How can someone just not pay for an auction they won and then have it continue for someone else? The winning bid was made on Nov 2 and then a new bid on Dec 7. Quite awhile after the 48 hour window.

  2. When IM4 declared the auction for Luneyia, she had not won because 48 hours hadn't passed. This potentially and most likely deterred any future bids. While Luneyia would still normally be held to her obligations as a bidder, over a month had passed and staff decided to expedite the resolution and pursue the more optimal outcome for IM4 and the later bidders
