  9. Course, but I don't see 2 diamond hoes on the voting rewards page. Both of these diamond hoes have his name on it but you only get one diamond hoe from voting.

  10. When we first released the voters hoe (and other tools), it was diamond, but it also was bugged and had Looting by accident instead of Fortune...

    Players are able to type /fixitem while holding it to swap looting to fortune and switch it to Iron.

    BT received the item while it was bugged and never did the /fixitem.
