  15. I think there's a difference in books signed and addressed specifically to the person or just generic. If it's generic and lots of people have them, I see no issue. Everyone does it with the Maxarias Books she makes.

    If it's personally addressed like this one and the two I have/one I lost thanks to vault then I don't see a point in selling them :/
