The 27 stacks of blaze rods in each shulker (2 dc) don't count?The shulkers are free i didnt feel like empying it if i was gonna auction it.

In this context, the shulkers would be considered bonus items. You can, however, mail the shulkers as an easy way of delivery, and request the shulkers be sent back after they've been emptied. The shulkers would not be part of the winnings, simply the method of delivery, in this context.
