How do you have snow golems on your res?

I made them before they were banned in Town.

There seems to be some confusion about the quantity of snow. Just so no one over or underbids, this is equal to
1.25 DC's of snow blocks OR 67.5 stacks of blocks OR 4320 blocks:


(20 DC's) x (54 slots per DC) x (16 snowballs per slot) / (4 snowballs per block) = 4320 blocks
