For the sake of clarity, you can tell when a post was made by looking at the bottom left of a post. For example- If the LAST post was less than 3 hours ago, you may NOT bump it, regardless of whether that post was a bid, chat, or bump. A bump must be 3 hours later of the LATEST post. I think you are just confused as to what you're supposed to be posting 3 hours after. Just a friendly reminder, no big deal. And if your forum time doesn't match up with your irl time, it may be easier to go into your account settings and change it to your time zone (if you need help with that, if that's the case, feel free to PM me on the forums).
