  4. I always use lvl 30. I think the Efficiency I was a lvl 24 I accidentally made.

    Most of these books I got through trading with other players when I had a enchant shop though. Its hard to use a enchant table and get a single high lvl enchant. You always get a good enchant with a bunch of random junk ones. I think most of the ones that have a single high lvl enchant come from trading with villagers. Some, like sharpness and efficiency, have to be combined to get the higher levels I believe. I could be wrong though.
