Ok, so you have changed your mind. Next time you do this, provide some helpful information to the buyer. That is your responsibility as an auction holder.

Again, try to be helpful. A good question to ask/say may be "If it is ok, would I be able to deliver it to a residence of yours? If so, please make a chest and let me know." The buyer shouldn't have to play 20 questions with you just to get you to do something so simple and effortless.
