Before you start a new auction if you'd want to offer the bidder before taiiyls a go at being the winner go head. If they decline then you're fully able to start a new auction with this item.

Just FYI, I stopped bidding because of Taiiyls on both and I’d be happy to bid on a new one.

Under these circumstances you’re the last valid bid. You do have the right to decline in which case the item could be auctioned again.

There's no where in the auction rules that I know of that holds me to this. I will not willingly hand over an expensive promo for 320k.
