    Starting Bid: 1000r
    Minimum Bid Increment: 1000r
    Auction Ends: Sunday, Oct 1, noon EMC time, but at least 5 minutes after last valid bid
    Pick up and Preview at: /v giselbaer@auction on smp5

    Auction end explanation: The auction ends at noon on Sunday. To prevent people from last-second-bids no one can react on, each valid bid extends this time to 5 minutes after said bid. Once it's past noon, and no one has bid for 5 minutes, the auction is over.
