Apartments

Due to the limited amount of open residences on smp8 even after the new update and people being kicked off their plots for more than 10 days inactive, my hotel will be turned into apartments. People who need a place to live, you can have an apartment on 3470 of smp2. It is one of the older servers, with more people who have been playing on emc to help you.
Standard apartments are 50r per month
Large apartments are 75r per month
The penthouse suite (not yet constructed) is 300r per month
