*OpenTDD = Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe* So I just got into OpenTTD, which is based off of the game Transport Tycoon Deluxe. Its fan made and has a bunch of added features, along with plugins. (Or mods, either one.) Does anyone else here happen to play it?
My current game. Started in 1910, year is 1949. The big "city" on the top of the picture is actually five different cities that grew together. I mostly have road based transports, but I have a few trains and two airports. There is no need for water transport on this map.
Got bored, started new region. The bay cities. Built by industry, sustained by the railroads. This region is a lot bigger than my other one, so this is only a part of it.
Lonely here. :/ A screenshot of the whole region. As you can see, the region has two main metropolitan areas, the Bay Cities and the cities around the lake in the middle of the island. There are still some towns without transport service, but I will be adding bus/truck/train/possibly airplane service to them.
