5000 blocks away...

  1. I have been trying to figure this out. I have these coordinates: REDACTED. Would this be sufficient space away from each other to establish an outpost? I used an online calculator and it says its like 25k away. so I am uncertain if that is accurate. Thanks for reading

  2. I suggest using the live under Community - Servers to estimate if you are 5000 out from and outpost.

  3. I got 24894.87... as well, so I would assume its accurate.

  4. 5,000 blocks can be in any direction ... it's just the minimum distance needed ... you are well past the minimum, so I say you're fine on distance aspect (just have to have a staff member make sure that no one actually is near you)

    only other thing you need to do is set up a locked chest (hidden or not hidden) - and come up with a name... and you're good to go establishing an outpost :)

  5. Maybe remove your coordinates to keep your base a secret if you want it to be?
