I own a fairly large semi automatic farm at 2326 on smp1 and I give lots of people many permissions. I tend to clear out res permissions every other week but typing /res pset (player) (flag) r can be a pain. I think there should be a command besides /res default for a single player thay clears all of there flags at once. For example, /res default (player) or /res pset (player) c. C stands for clear btw
You could try this mod: http://empireminecraft.com/threads/macro-keybind-mod.23230/ It is pretty flexible. I am not currently running it but I don't think it would be too hard to make a script that takes a player name and sets all the flags for that person.
This I something you could probably have working in a few hours starting now compared to maybe never to have it done as a server chat command. I guess whether it is worth it depends on how those drawbacks balance out against the inconvenience of typing the same commands over and over. If you are doing this as often as it sounds, I would put the extra effort into it.
