   What did you do to get permabanned? Why did you do it? I would suggest reflecting on what you did, then make a ban appeal. If you do get unbanned, re read the rules, it helps.

   Also, in general, taking just a bit of food will not end in a permaban, most likely a tempban. Lying is not going to help you.
