If your res expires and someone else claims it, everything in the res will go. Everything just disappears, it doesn't really go anywhere. You just won't ever get it back

my friend's res is almost expiring he said he won't come back but he has too much good thing so I want to keep them for the time he'll come back ;_; thank you for the reply!

If you on on the voting page and type his name for the voting instead of yours it will reset his derelict, adding another 30 days

until someone force claim that res, the res will stay as is? or is there possibility to be reset by staff for new players? sorry for asking again..

You can always vote to keep it. As for your question, it will stay that way until either someone force claims it or system is notified to delete residences.

no clue, so I moved whatever seems precious for him to prevent losing... I made a special storage room for him and made a sign to tell him I keep his items. I don't know it's right thing but I am the only one who has his res flag so...
