You find the gif you want, right click it an push "Copy Image URL." Then, in the signature section ,push the little tree next to the movie film and then paste the URL you copied in the box that comes up.
That should cause the signature to paste in there; you'll be able to tell if you see the gif moving in the signature box. Then just hit save and you're all set. :)
Do you already have a gif - or were you wanting to know how to make one? If you already have a gif made - yeh just do what shannon and green said, else I can tell you how to make one.
