I assume you missed all the IcC drama. I can give you a quick summary if you like....

Nick5013 made a pretty good summary, just going to post this here:
I will try to explain this in the most unbiased and brief overview that I can.
1. Aikar thought that Cow's other server was in the way of his EMC work.
2. Cow had some attitudes that Aikar didn't like.
3. Aikar demoted Cow because of this reason.

4. People were conflicted. Some people were happy, some were clearly not.
5. A few mods were demoted due to inactivity.
6. A few mods stepped down due to their discontent with Aikar's decision.(Not saying all of them did for this reason)
7. We are still at this step, trying to get ourselves together.

Not sure why, EMC is at higher activity levels than before the events and still tons of old players here :) No reason to put any more thought into the recent events, just continue having fun.
