To elaborate: if someone is being awful why can't someone specifically confront them and tell them exactly what they're doing, why does the person who confront them get thought of as being the bad guy. Why can't it be acceptable to instead of punishing a group of people, punish the actual person who did it.
There is no justice in the world these days, justice should not be more difficult to achieve than injustice. Why do people think they can get away with doing and saying things and inflict bad things upon others when the reason they have become upset is because of their own wrongdoings.
Humanity is slowly deprecating. I had a similar experience recently. As the generations go on, this becomes more and more true. With bullying, Generations are growing up with less tolerance. Anything with criticism is considered bullying in their eyes.
