Take more time off - e.g. if you are on 4 hours a day, the next day go on for 3, and get used to it, gradually until you are at a time you think is better - is that the kind of thing that could help?
Yeah, it's just hard to put my head down and actually commit to it, but having someone tell me to do it makes me more motivated so thanks for helping. :)
Hey man, I think it's working. I really have not played any longer than two hours in one day on the weekends anymore, and I haven't thought about it during the week that often at all. It's all thanks to your suggestion, which I thank you for. :)
