Oh yeah sorry about that I kept meaning to make it into obsidian but then it was Oh I should make this and Oh I should make that and uh yeah... Never really got to it... You have access to the chest outside 8888 which contains the redstone ;)
Nah, I don't really need money at the moment, just keep it. I think you need it with building you mall. :)
