I know Chinese food places can mix so that’s why I asked before if they could accommodate my request and they said “Yes yes no problem we clean”
You might have gotten lucky there depending on how sensitive you are. How would you know he hadn't cooked the last batch of shrimp in that same pan/wok, or using the same utensils etc.
