   Today was my first 3.1 mile race of course it was on the 2nd hardest course in Kansas. My time was 23:15 and I metaled with 8th place.

   My second race was on a pretty flat course, my time was 21:07 and I metaled with 7th place.

   Well I ran my 3rd 5k today on a home course. It is the first meet to be held on the course so it was very uneven and there were some cacti in it also. Even though the course wasn't very good I ran a 20:00 flat and metaled with 6th place.

   I am pretty disappointed in myself for not running a PR today but oh well. I ran a 20:18 and got 2nd, got another medal like always. The course was very hilly and tough though that probably helped me since I am the best at running hills on JV.

   Kinda forgot to post my times.... Well all that is important is I ran a 19:30 and placed 8th at league.
