    When 1.13 comes out for EMC, the egg will disappear anyways from your inventory because of the way 1.13 is coded; it'll disappear due to the item simply not being valid ^^; ...or something like that

    There is not a return process for it - it will simply just be deleted once EMC updates to 1.13, like Dicey said. So it's yours until the update comes and deletes them all.
