Sounds good. I've had to start making greek yogurt protein shakes for my kids. They take medication for ADD and they aren't hungry at lunch time, protein shakes they will drink.
They are so easy! 1 cup milk 1 cup greek yogurt and honey to taste. Sometimes we add 1 banana and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Today we added 1 cup frozen strawberries.
I hope you do. I do use a blender and sometimes add ice to help keep it cold. The base is the yogurt milk and honey and you add whatever you want. I think next week we will add a little chocolate syrup to the peanut butter one and leave off the banana......kind of like a peanut butter cup shake.
