   Should be able to change to any biome that is in vanilla. Just some of them might be labelled weird. Like flower forest is called mutated forest.

   Also the blizz part isn't based on the kind of biome you just have to click on a snow cap block.

   My Utopia res is flower forest and I did get them to spawn by placing a snow block down first.
