    I get a lot of people saying this, I think it's partly to do with it been right next to the spawn and people egging it. I haven't really got any animals on my res. :/

    If you like my shop try 18882 on smp9, it's exactly the same. :)

    throwing chicken eggs around the spawn, which will spawn chickens and they cause lag when there are lots of them.

    After doing some tests I've found that their are not that many mobs around my shop. It could perhaps be the signs - apparently they cause lag. All I can suggest is that you turn your video settings down (like render distance ect.)
