It's one of those games. I took 2 months off awhile back. Thought i hated this game lol then came back full on again. Now i try not to play as much. I find if you go at too much you get burnt out quick. I have many projects I'd love to finish. Maybe that's why I keep coming back. Maybe take a week off. See how you feel then.
Try not using your funds to do everything... Try working on new projects or rebuilding old ones. Try working on more than one project at once. These are all things that help avoid being burnt out fast.
Somewhat along finch's suggestion, you would need a new approach to the game/gameplay. So if you have been a town dweller, set off for a distant location and work on an outpost. Minecraft is minecraft and the world we have is pretty vast to work in. Best of luck, but limit time, change up things or do what helps. life is to short to not have fun with what you are doing.
