That's why I hate new gaming systems. You never know when they are going to release a newer one that is better than the one you just bought. I stick to PC gaming to hopefully avoid that dilemma.

Nintendo doesn't release new consoles all that often. The Switch could possibly last a long time because it has a lot of hype and sponsors that want to keep it going.

Nintendo isn't turning into Microsoft or Sony anytime soon. There shouldn't a "new version" of the switch after the original release. Should be fine.

Buy some stock. Later you can buy 2 switches if you buy a blue chip company.

@WitherDoggie: I would be fine with sticking to what I've already got, but I can't play BOTW on the Xbox :P

@Sgt_Pepper4: Not sure how to go about purchasing stocks, but if I was, I would consider it.

I think that as long as I have enough money by next Thursday, I'll be waiting in a long line in front of Gamestop to make my purchase... (Another issue, however, is the lack of games at launch. All I'm really getting it for is BOTW and maybe Skyrim in the future... I suppose I could get Splatoon 2 and Mario Cart)
