I'm so sorry about that.. anyway a parent could *cough cough* "find out" about it? That sorta thing shouldn't be ignored.
She likely doesn't mean any of it. Teenage girls will usually talk smack about their families on social media, I've found. However it wouldn't hurt to tell your parents/guardians what she's writing.
