IMN, educating people won't stop shootings as effectively as a ban would. Education would prevent shootings in a generation's time, not now.

How would banning guns create more victims?

as i said, drugs are illegal. but yet you can still get them. if someone breaks into your house and you have no way to protect yourself, whats gonna happen? now what would happen if you have a gun? you can't change the constitution. whether there was a ban on guns or not, people would still get them if they wanted them

But, less people would get them. If drugs were legally available, and sold on the high street, more people would use drugs than if they were only available through secretive dealers.

some drugs are legal. they're called prescription drugs. all i'm gonna say is banning guns is illegal, and would not be effective at all. it would possibly stop mass shooting, but other crime would skyrocket because there would be more victims.
