Is it for laundry or to slide down XD?

I have never seen one of those over here. Why are they so appealing? .-. (then again this is coming from a guy who lives in a country where the houses are extremely expensive but very small and 'low quality'...)

I tried to climb in my laundry chute once and it was terrifying.. They are appealing because you can just throw your dirty laundry down it and not worry about it piling up or carrying hampers down to your washer / dryer all the time!

Laundry chutes are the most fun things ever, Soul... you just chunk random stuff in (but almost never laundry) and it magically goes from the top of your house to the bottom. :P Our friends had one when I was very young, and I must say, it was my favorite part of their house.

Is it really that hard to walk down the stairs, though? :P

I'm saying this as a British person, and we have exceptionally small houses, so I might be wrong lol

It's not that using the stairs is difficult; it's that it's not as fun as using a laundry chute. *rolls eyes* What, am I the only 5-year-old here?
