    Everything should be positive fishboy. Yes Rythmically in bed and EMC most of the day. I cant go outside into the sunlight because I am on a sulfur based antibiotic. So it can turn the whites of my eyes yellow, and my skin yellow. I make it positive because I know at the end I will feel so so much better!
