1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5-2 hours in the afternoon. Morning for strength and conditioning for football in the fall (forced to cuz it's graded for dressing out) and after school Mon, wed, fri is club football (why I'm not on a lot, and tues and third is high school football camps.
Btw Chocolate its completely healthy to work out 5 days a week, you just need SOME break days. @Peculiar if youre working out 3.5 hours a day make sure you eat a lot to compensate for all the calories youre burning
