   I am using OBS, but I only have one GPU.
   it's just that whenever I'm using OBS, the temperature of my processor reaches hysteresis (it overheats)

   Hmmm. Perhaps your cooling fan is dusty, try cleaning it.

   I clean all of my fans at least once a week, but usually every day, so I'm to the point where I might have to get a better cooling system :(
