t she says when she applies it, the pain subsides by a very noticeable degree and it also helps with the swelling. Turmeric capsules taken orally help inflammation of any type. Not sure exactly what is wrong but I hope this helps
I forgot to mention thank you. I think I sprain my wrist when taking a bath. It says online it could take 2-10 weeks to heal depending on severity. Hopefully my inflammatory arthritis doesn't get in the way of this healing right...yeah I'm a big fan of turmeric btw. I have Swanson's Turmeric. I believe that is a good brand?
