Just to let you know, I've been banned since middle October. I've already tried to appeal, it was rejected and now it's just a waiting game.

Nope not really. If you go to like smp3 or 9 ask about jdog37, he sells horses over 130 speeds. You should also check MoeMacZap, faith2002, cj12115, HashtagHuxlo (aka BCR) and MrsWishes. All of those guys breed 130+ speed horses.
