I've found faith is something singular, you can't force someone to like or follow a specific religion or god. In the end, if they want to believe then it's their choice, if they don't, you really can't stop them.
Who can really blame them? If God's plan for people's lives is to die a horrible death in some terrorist attack or to grow up mentally scarred by something like that (take the child survivor of the Tunisia shooting who watched his family get gunned down in front of him), then he either doesn't exist or he's a massive a-hole. Also, this doesn't seem like something Olaf would write 0-e
I feel like I need to say more than what was said in the original 140 characters. I am actually not a christian, but I volunteer at my church and help out because they do good for the community. I volunteer because I feel that more than religion, what is important in life is coming together for the better.
More so than people following a single religion, I am heartbroken that these kids don't believe that the world is good, and are so self absorbed. They were cracking jokes about donations we give to the poor, as well as complaining about how they would rather be playing video games. There is nothing wrong with not following a religion, but there is something sad about seeing a little kid lose hope.
