Welcome to the Empire! I hope you're going to like it here. As for being a little new: that should not be too much of a problem. EMC tries to stay close to the original game ('vanilla') so most things should be pretty familiar. It's basically the original game with several nice extras added (like your /home). And if you have problems then you can always ask us in the game or on these forums

Welcome to the Empire. I speak it well-ish. I'm far from the best at it, and I'm much better in Norwegian (which is very close to English anyway ) and Welsh, but my NVQ qualification says I'm apparently good at it and can use it in a job, so...
