Hello EMC! I'm looking as to how i should go about letting a staff member know about a stealing incident that happened just about 1 hour ago. His name is Potato and he has a friend named Hamster. Hamster wasn't there when this happened but joined right after. Hamster told Potato that he shouldn't have done it so i see no wrong in Hamster, but Potato not so much. They are now moving but he still stole from us, which is against the rules in Wastelands. Sorry if this isnt the correct way to post about this topic but i couldn't find a general topic to put this!
