Hey, I am trying to teach myself how to use photoshop but I cannot think of anything to try so I was wondering if any of you do. I just want to mess around and get used to photoshop because I plan on using a fair bit in the future. If anyone wants to see something attempted please comment your idea below, Thanks!
Likely the best thing to do is to watch a few videos on Youtube (such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSEQ3NTxJGk) to get an idea of the basics of photoshop. Follow along with the video to get an idea how to do the basics, and then browse for more videos. From there, you can look up "lesson plans" (such as http://www.palmbeachschools.org/adsc/ui/lessons/index.html) for more ideas of practical things to try and do to test your skills as you learn things. If something doesn't make sense, find a video on it. Good luck!
