  3. It's a baby zombie chicken jockey. I've seen a fair share of them on EMC.

  4. What you have encountered is a chicken jockey. These are extremely rare mobs; a baby zombie has less than a 1% chance to spawn mounted on a chicken resulting as this enemy.
