I'm kinda new to the server and this is maybe a stupd question, but can you get spawn eggs from anywhere else than shops?
If you right click a friendly mob with a stick, it gives you their spawn egg. It costs 100r in the wild/waste and free in town. Wiki Link: http://empireminecraft.com/wiki/eggification/
