This is true. Sleep is most effective only when there is a regular schedule to it. I thought before that the amount of sleep is what mattered the most, but in reality, the amount of sleep is most effective if you are in the habit of going to bed at a certain time and waking up at a certain time.
Wow, some great advice, thanks guys These tips can be used not only for the SAT, but other tests as well, so I hope more people will get a benefit from this thread - oh, I should also mention, this SAT is to get into Paramedic school, and they only take 28 people so that's why I'm so nervous lol
